Our sell, trade & consignment terms

General information:

We ONLY accept clean, undamaged (no rips, burns, holes etc.) vintage & secondhand clothing, accessories and footwear. 

We DO NOT buy children's clothes, gym wear, underwear, or swimwear at this time.

We DO NOT accept items from the following brands due to ethical fashion considerations: Cider, Shein, Boohoo, Primark, C&A, Vera Moda ect.

Zara, H&M, and COS are accepted.

Selling Price Determination:

We determine the selling price by the brand, quality and condition of the item. We also may ask how long ago you bought the item to determine seasonality. Then we look at the actual "new" selling price of similar items and we value the secondhand item at at least 50% and up to 90% of its original "new" selling price. 

Example: A pair of vintage Versace jeans may have retailed for about 500 Euro. We would then sell it at a starting price of about 250 Euros or more depending on its visual signs of use, its current condition and seasonality.

GENERAL TRADING TERMS:

• We offer 50% of the selling price to you in trade (store) credit per item, after the items sell and at the end of your 60 day selling period.
• Example: If we have identified that we will sell your item for 100 Euro, we will then give you 50 Euro in store credit.
• Note: We will provide this in the form of a store credit voucher code to be input & applied during your next checkout on ReviveHaarlem.com or instore at our Gasthuisstraat 34, Haarlem location.
• Additional: You have 1 year's time to spend the credit value starting from the date of issue. All trades to Revive are final.

GENERAL SELLING TERMS:

• We offer 40% of the selling price to you in cash value per item, after the items sell and at the end of your 60 day selling period.
• Example: If we have identified that we will sell your item for 100 Euro, we will then bank transfer or tikkie you 40 Euro after the item sells.
• Note: We will need your IBAN details if we will be bank transferring this to you. It may take up to 5 business days to see this reflected in your account. All sales to Revive are final.

LUXURY ITEM SELLING TERMS:

• For items valued at 600 Euro or more re-sell value we offer 60% of the selling price to you in cash value, per item, after the items sell.
• Example: If we have identified that we will sell your item for 600 Euro, we will then bank transfer 360 Euro after the item sells.
• Note: We will need your IBAN details so we may bank transfer your earnings to you. It may take up to 5 business days to see this reflected in your account. All sales to Revive are final.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 

• All items are placed on a 60 day selling period. Revive reserves the option to reduce the items in selling value by 15% after 30 days of non selling then 30% after 45 days. If the item is not sold by the 60th day you will be notified and need to arrange pickup of your item/s with us.
• You will be paid your entire payout sum for all your sold items at the END of your 60 day selling period.
• Customers have 3 day if purchase was made instore and 14 days online to return items in their original condition. This means there is a chance the sale of your item can be voided and then the timings outlined above will resume. 
• If your item is still for sale you may retrieve it at any time if you have changed your mind.
• Please note consignment is always at your own risk. At Revive we are not liable for any damage due to try on, theft, loss, fire and/or water damage.
• Revive sells second hand clothing only therefore we remove all original branded tags before selling.
• After we have contacted you to pick up any remaining unsold items you will have 7 days to collect them. After those 7 days if you have not contacted us or collected them we will donate all items.
